Saturday 11 April 2009.The day dawned clear and we were off. A full moon in the morning sky brought the promise of a wonderful harvest, and a bright, clear day. A great team of pickers joined our full time staff and the grapes started to come in. At first, just a trickle, but as the day wore on the bins started to pile up, and we had our first ferment start - all very exciting
